A hands-on Texas team
Cedar Top Lending is a small, hands-on team of Texas real estate investors and operators. Between us we bring real estate brokerage experience going back to 1998, a commercial and agricultural banking and finance background with an MBA in Banking and Financial Institutions, licensed Texas real estate experience, and dedicated 1031 exchange and transaction support.
We underwrite and service in-house, with no outside underwriting and no third-party appraisals to wait on. When you call, you reach the people who actually work your deal.
