About Blaine
Blaine founded his first Texas real estate brokerage in 1998. Nearly three decades of Texas transactions later, there is not much he has not seen on a closing statement, and most of it he has seen in the same small-town and rural markets Cedar Top lends in today.
At Cedar Top he works the deal side. He looks at the property, the numbers, and the exit, then structures a loan that fits. Underwriting happens in-house, so his answer is the answer: no loan committee, no outside appraisal queue, no waiting on someone in another state.
Unusual property, tight timeline, or a deal another lender could not get comfortable with: bring it to Blaine first. Fast, out-of-the-ordinary deals are the ones he likes best.
