Kody spent six years in commercial and agricultural banking before co-founding Cedar Top Lending, and he holds an MBA in Banking and Financial Institutions from Sam Houston State University.

He runs loan servicing, the platform that collects, tracks, and reports on owner finance notes, wraps, and private loans, with the same discipline he learned in banking. He also handles farm, ranch, and raw land deals, because he speaks the language of ag credit.
