Kody spent six years in commercial and agricultural banking before co-founding Cedar Top Lending, and he holds an MBA in Banking and Financial Institutions from Sam Houston State University.
That background shows up in two places. First, loan servicing: the platform that collects, tracks, and reports on owner finance notes, wraps, and private loans runs on his banking discipline. Second, the lending itself, where farm, ranch, and raw land deals land on his desk because he speaks the language of ag credit.
